This position will be responsible for supporting the China customer service in:

• Efficient and effective operation of customer service in Shanghai
• Be an effective liaison point between Sales persons/customers/distributors and the back office
• Provision and statutory compliance to SOX, regulatory affairs and export trade

按规定和法定遵守SOX，进行法规事务和出口贸易

工作内容

1. To follow work instructions and to carry out tasks appropriately. To manage and ensure all processes meet SOX standard and requirement. (Checking OCR list, Follow Finance revenue policy , Business process obey laws of import and export

遵守工作指导，适当的执行任务。管理并确保所有流程符合SOX标准和要求。检查OCR清单，遵循财务收入政策，业务流程服从进出口法律

1. To liaise with customers/sales team and keep them informed of progress or response in relation to outstanding orders/or stock availability.

与客户/销售团队保持联系，并持续通知他们在订单或库存有效性方面的进展或反应。

1. Ensure committed deliveries are met and work closely with sales team to meet targeted sales goals.( provide shipment information ,orders status, input items to Order system BAAN,

Communicate with manufacture and coordinate issues with sales team and customer and distributor

确保及时交付并与销售团队紧密合作完成销售目标（提供出货信息，订单状态，输入项订单到BAAN系统）

与生产厂家保持沟通，并和销售队伍，用户，及代理商协调事宜。

1. Produce customer service reports as required by the management (Outstanding detail report

根据管理层的要求制作客户服务报告（未完成订单的详细报告）

1. Handle customer’s complaints or queries.

处理客户投诉或查询

1. To check business contract terms and conditions,(ship requirement ,payment term, Guarantee of Quality, Penalty, documents requirement,

审核业务合同条款、条件（船舶要求、付款期限、质量保证、罚款、单据要求）

1. To issue proformal invoice and confirm Letter of credit for order payment.

开具形式发票，确认订单付款信用证。

1. Prepare sales order data report to Sales department for speed up year end shipment.

提供备货合同数据报告，加速合同发货进度

1. Prepare and provide shipping documents to Service Department and inform sales and distributor for instrument Installation .

准备和提供运输文件给服务部门，并通知销售和分销商进行仪器安装。

职位要求

Essential - Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.

基本的-物流，供应链管理或者商务管理资质

Desirable – ERP experience. Knowledge of Baan or SAP is highly advantageous.

需要的-ERP经验，具有BAAN和SAP知识的人员优先考虑

Essential - Minimum 3-5 years regional working experience in a similar customer service capacity. Has in-depth knowledge of order processes with good experience in customer service.

必要的-至少3-5 年的在服务服务领域的工作经验。具有订单处理的深度知识和良好的用户服务经验。

Desirable – Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience

需要的-生命科学，临床诊断，药物或者健康服务行业从业经验
