Scope of Role:

To manage projects that GTO involves in:

- To meet business requirements

- To be in line with business & technology strategy

- To be in compliance with regulatory requirement and group standards

- to deliver project within budget and on time..

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

- Managing complex and multiple technology/business projects to completion, on time, within budget and quality guidelines utilizing established project management methodologies.

- Overall responsible for the successful delivery of the entire project.

- Managing a project team.

- Decomposing the project into manageable work packages that can individually be priced in terms of resource requirements (time, cost, quality).

- Defining project specifications and scope, estimate costs, and develop detailed project execution plans and project work plans.

- Establishing project priorities, defining and allocating tasks, and directing the project team.

- Managing all resources, processes, and technologies to the established plan.

- Managing the risk management, change control and quality processes.

- Cooperating with the other project members or committees in progressing the resolution and escalation of issues.

- Creating and disseminating management and project status reports.

- Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Bank processes, standards, guidelines and the project management framework, as well as regulatory requirement

- Identifying project management and project planning/scheduling improvements.

- Controlling budgeted costs & minimizing expenses.

- Expectations in conjunction with the portfolio manager and accountable executive.

- Ensuring readiness of target users and support staff.

- Managing the business handover and project completion activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- With bachelor degree or above

- Wish to accept challenges in a fast growing environment

- Good communication skill in both English and Mandarin

- Understand banking business

- Understand end-to-end project management methodology

- Good technology or banking business background preferred.
