This role will be based in Guangzhou but need to share and look after both Guangzhou and Shenzhen Finance related jobs with existing Finance team in South China, main jobs cover below but will be adjusted when there’s necessity:

• Manage petty cash and bank for the branch

• Expenses Reimbursement according to company policy

• Regular Reconciliation of Cash on hand and Cash balance in ERP

• Physical payment arrangement by possible means agreed by the company

• Visiting and communication with bank if necessary

• Validate COD payment request made by OP or SOA sent by supplier

• Initiate the payment request to Finance Manager for approve within deadline

• Payment update and match with AP invoice in ERP within deadline

• Posting of supplier invoice for cost booking

• AR pushing and Aging report updating internally

• Check bank account and provide bank slip to OP

• Receipt update and match with AR Invoice in ERP

• Other GL and admin. related jobs assigned by leaders

• 管理分公司的现金和银行业务

• 根据公司政策报销费用

• 定期核对系统中库存现金和账面余额

• 按照公司同意的方式安排付款

• 视情形需要拜访并与银行沟通

• 审核操作递交的买单申请及供应商提交的对账单

• 在规定期限内向财务经理提交付款申请

• 在规定期限内编制付款凭证并核销应付款

• 在系统中提交供应商发票以确认成本

• 应收款催收并定期提交内部应收账龄报告

• 检查银行账户，并向OP提供银行单据

• 编制收款凭证并核销应收款

• 上级领导分配的其他和总账及行政有关的工作

REQUIREMENTS

• Major in Finance related with 1 year + experience;

• Experience in Freight forwarding and logistics will be a plus;

• Good at English and skill on computer and MS-Office;

• Team Spirit, can work under pressure;

• 财务相关专业，1年以上工作经验；

• 有货运及物流工作经验者优先；

• 良好的英语水平，熟练电脑和办公软件；

• 有团队精神，抗压能力强；
