工作职责及内容 Job Responsibilities:

1) Set up and maintain an efficient IT network system to make sure that all staff can use the professional IT service to increase their working efficiency and further make greater profit for the company.

2) Become a member of the Global/Regional Network Team as the representative of ALV China.

3) Standardized IT Network in ALV China: Standardize and consolidate the network in ALV China.

4) Telecommunication system: Check the telecommunication system including IPT and leased line regularly to ensure they are working properly.

5) IT Equipment: Maintain all IT Equipments (e.g. Router, Switch, AP, WLC, Firewall, etc.) regularly to ensure they are under good conditions and they are configured according to the existing IT standards/policies.

6) Work closely with local IT to deliver IT network related services and maintenance.

7) E-mail & Network: Apply E-mail & Network account for new staff upon request and solve related problems for all staff. Ensure the E-mail & Network related policies/standards are carried out in place.

8) IT Sourcing: Assist the Purchasing department in IT related purchase like desktop, laptop, printer and so on. Provide the recommended/standard IT H/W and S/W specifications for the company in accordance with IT standards within the organization.

9) Backup the company’s data according to the backup strategy to ensure the business continuity.

10) Other tasks assigned by superior as needed.

岗位需求 Job Requirements：

1) 5+ years network operations working in multinational environment, engineering experience including LAN, WAN, 2). WLAN, Routing, Switching, Firewall troubleshooting

2) Cisco CCNA certification is MUST – CCNP is a plus

3) Experience with various networking and routing protocols – STP, Trunk, VSS, LACP, PaGP, QoS, BGP, MPLS, 802.n

4) Good knowledge of network monitoring systems – Netflow, SMTP, Wireshark, SolarWinds

5) Strong track record of finding resolutions to network performance issues quickly- analytical troubleshooting approach

6) Up to date knowledge of Cisco Network Hardware & Software (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-NX)

7) Telecom circuit knowledge & troubleshooting skills

8) Understanding or experience designing Virtualization (VMware) and Storage (NetApp, EMC) solutions is a plus

9) Nexus technology knowledge would be an advantage

10) Excellent presentation, communication & customer interaction skills required

11) Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills are required.

12) Very good English verbal and written skills

13) Good team-worker

14) Ability to work occasionally during off business hours

15) Business travel within region as per demand - no more than 20% of working time
