1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

   
   - Develop recruiting strategy
   Responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies for fashion retail stores.
   - Prepare Job description
   Create a comprehensive job description based on manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job.

   - Interview and Hire Talent

   Perform the hiring process which may include collecting and filing paperwork, ordering background checks, salary negotiations and providing new employee orientation assistance.

   - Staff relationship building

   Keeping sensitive of staff and department status, tracking inexperienced staff work with department leader, Implementing any HR strategy/ policy/ activity from supervisor with efficiency and accuracy.

   - Basic staff management
   Manage HR system and staff profile, liaising with HR agency providing consulting service for staff in company policy, social security and another field

- Training to the staff

Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization, Monitors the best practice in the training area and introduces it in the organization, have an understanding of e-learning techniques, evaluate training and development programs.

1. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
   
   

   • Fluent English and Chinese in writing and oral

   • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting ，candidate with recruitment experience for RETAIL position preferable

   • At least college degree, in Human Resource or related field

   • Pragmatic problem-solving skills and HR vocational ability are priority.

   • Sincere person with active mind, positive spirit and efficient work
     
     

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

   • Ability to deal tactfully with staff, job candidates and union representatives

   • Proficient with social media platforms

   • Exceptional communicators and great negotiators

   • Organized and have an eye for detail
