About This Job:
? Independently conduct regular research to collect necessary information and data on China and agriculture relevant industries/market/economy to deliver solid business analysis and commentary
? Spontaneously follow the industry dynamics and regulatory environment update, thus developing a good understanding of key business drivers and assumptions to provide insight
? Efficiently & accurately work on data processing to support team’s work
? Work on business related commercial questions and provide actionable suggestion under line manager’s guidance, including but not just related to market research, innovative programs, e-commerce, commercial intelligence, sales model, pricing and access strategy, supply planning
? Assist line manager to co-ordinate 5 year strategy plan and key relevant projects

Essential Knowledge & Experience:
? Minimum 2-3 years of full time working experience in an analytical field, preferably from consulting firm, market research agency with quantitative/modelling experience
? Proficient with MS office software
? Excellent intellectual capability: strong intellectual curiosity, quick study, good analytical skills
? Good communication and influence skills
? Strong strategic thinking and business sense
? Ability to self-motivate and proactively contribute to the team’s success

Preferred Knowledge & Experience
? Prefer to have good knowledge of business operation, commercial planning in Chinese agriculture or adjacent industries

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing or finance relevant majors preferred;
? Excellent English & Mandarin proficiency both in written and verbal
