职位描述
岗位概要/基本工作职能: Key Performance Area / Key Job responsibility
？ About 60% need travel, focus on:
1) Implement annual audit plan, follow up team and personal priorities;
2) Be qualified on the requirements of JTA, onboarding and auditor skills continuum;
3) ESC location routine management, risk reduction and food safety and quality system and performance maintenance;
4) Become an expert in a specific platform and ingredient or packaging category;
5) Be qualified on food safety risk evaluation and reduction activities and report as well;
6) Support and work hard for deep management program and non-conforming quality improving works on high risk suppliers and ESC locations as well; push and help them to improve continuously;
？ About 40% at office, focus on:
1） Continuous improvement efforts with internal team and external partners to reduce risks and improve product quality; set up influential meetings and discussions as a kind of category regional leader;
2） Risk assessments and root cause analysis and report activities from supplier and market;
3） Internal routine system and supplier database maintenance;
4） Continuous improvement efforts with internal team on supplier system and manual;
5） Updates supplier database after auditing.
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
- Food engineering or relevant educational background;
- Basic Continuous Improvement Knowledge;
- Potential ability and flexibility to travel >50% of the time on audit;
- Certificated HACCP external auditor experience will be plus;
- Good English and office software skills will be plus;
- Plant quality experiences on dairy and fruit preparation products will be plus;
- Competencies/Behaviors:
-Explores possibilities to uncover innovative solutions;
-Cultivates and grows a diverse and impactful network;
-Establishes win/win relationships with internal and external partners.
