?Data Entry in systems or Microsoft Excel/Access负责把相关数据录入到系统或Microsoft Excel/Access
?Preparing different kinds of reports负责各种报表的制作
?Preparing different kinds of letters by using mail-merge负责用mail-merge等方式制作各种文书
?Ensure accomplishment of SLA for responsible processes.确保所负责的流程能够达到相应的SLA（服务水平协议）
?Daily resources utilization, process improvement and coordination on operation issues in team.负责日常工作中的人员优化，流程改进，协调日常运作中出现的问题。
?Handling Other jobs assigned by the superior负责主管安排的其他工作事项
