Power Tools / CRM Manager (Marketing / Sales)
The newly established Digital Unit at Bosch Power Tools drives the digital transformation at PT in close
cooperation with the Business Units, Sales Organizations and Shared Services, to realize the overall vision of a seamless user journey for our DIY and PRO users.
Our focus as a Digital Unit is on the users’ and dealers’ needs. In global and regional teams we enable digital marketing and sales by implementing the relevant tools to ensure insight-driven digital activities and the right set of services.
We are looking for you to join our regional Digital Unit Asia Pacific as a CRM Manager (Marketing / Sales) in the Regional Operations team. You take responsibility for your work and enjoy driving change while focusing on the needs of your stakeholders. You are a curious nature, always eager to break new ground, enjoying the creation of something new together with your team. You appreciate others and their work. You communicate openly and respectfully, giving feedback to develop your environment and yourself constantly.
Job Description
You own the regional CRM approach (strategy, ?legal, process, IT) in close collaboration
with relevant stakeholdersYou conduct system roll-outs, change management and training (incl. test + documentation)
enabling a 360° User & Dealer understandingYour work enables local market teams to execute user and dealer communication in
end-to-end processes, based on actionable insightsYou enable local market teams to collect, analyze and leverage data to drive the efficiency of salesforce management and leverage the full potential of our distribution partners
You represent Bosch Power Tools’ interests in corporate projects
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- 3+ years of experience with CRM-related operations and proven track record
- Understanding of operations in sales, user marketing and customer service
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements improving IT tools, processes and operations
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experienced in database, analysis (SQL, Oracle) and CRM systems (preferred SAP CRM, Hybris) and ERP
- Good knowledge in MS Office, in particular excel
- Cultural sensitiveness, experience to work in a global team, communication skills across all hierarchies
- Fluent in written and spoken English
