Job Description:

· Act as the frond desk to answer customer’s inquiry regarding shipment / purchase order processing

· Liase with customer’s overseas / local suppliers regarding shipment information in detail / cargo readiness

and etc on behalf of customer

· Update information in customer‘s ERP system, if required

· Liase with Logwin overseas office / agent for shipment collection and international freight arrangements,

shipment track & trace

· Assist in customs clearance / document preparation at destination

· Co-ordiation for warehousing / labeling services

· Prepare statistic report and analysis on a regular basis as instructed by customer and the management

· Invoicing and other ad-hoc job

• 跟进客户海外货物订单状态并将信息反馈客户

• 联络公司海外分支机构安排货物发运及货物跟踪

• 准备进口报关文件，与报关行协调进口报关及商检

• 报表

• 开具发票以及核对供应商账单

Requirements:

· College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Fashion/Textile or relevant

· At least 1 year experience in Logistics/Warehousing/Inventory Management field, preferably

in Fashion Logistics area

· Be familiar with the process and procedures of warehouse operation and logistics/Customs documentations

· English CET-4 or above

· Good command of MS-Office

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Attentive to details

• 大专或以上 物流或国际贸易专业

• 至少一年的进口报关经验，熟悉进口报关报检流程, 如有服装进口经验者为佳

• 大学英语四级或以上

• 熟悉MS Office 的应用

• 具有良好的沟通能力及团队精神
