职位描述
工作职责:
1.对用户在当前主流的操作系统进行使用上的支持,如Win7、WIN10、Pro安装、配置、基本功能;
2.对用户在Office Word、Excel、Powerpoint等的软件进行使用上的支持;
经过内训后,需要获得以下技能:
1.熟悉公司online各版面布局,时刻关注外网可用性,在线测试外网运营情况;
2.熟悉公司内部offline各模块功能,通过使用各内部模块测试内网稳定性;
3.对来自监控团队的告警或故障事件,能及时判断严重等级,并根据问题的简易复杂程度,第一时间对事件及时处理或协调相关后端工程师处理;
4.接听/处理故障报告的电话/邮件,协调相关人员完成故障的处理,必要时远程客户端获取故障信息,对故障事件进行纪录,升级,回访和关闭;
职位要求:
1.全日制高校本科或以上学历,计算机或英语专业优先;
2.英语CET-4及以上,或有口语会话能力者优先;
3.熟练使用常用办公软件,如windows、office;
4.条理清楚,思路敏捷,沟通能力优秀;
5.待人友善,有亲和力,敬业爱岗,有自我约束能力;
6.欢迎应届毕业生。

Job description
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Support users in the current mainstream operating system, such as Win7, WIN10, Pro installation, configuration, basic functions;
- Support users in Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other software;
After training, you need to acquire the following skills:
- Be familiar with the layout of the company online, always pay attention to the availability of extranet, and online test the operation of the extranet.
- Be familiar with the functions of offline modules, test Intranet stability by using each internal module
- Be able to determine the severity of an event in time which is from the alarm or events from the monitoring team. And according to the simple complexity of the problem, the event should be dealt with timely or coordinated the back-end engineers to deal with.
Answer the repair phone/ Deal with the fault email, coordinate the relevant personnel to deal with the problem, remote client to get fault information when necessary, record, update, return and close the failure events.
Basic Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above of full-time college; Major in computer or English is preferred
2、CET-4 or above, or conversational skills in English is preferred
3、Familiar with MS office software.
4、Well organized , Quick thinking, Excellent communication skills.
5、Friendly, Have affinity, Be dedicated and love the job, Have the ability to self-restraint.
