Job Description：

1. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are in accordance with company policies and standards;

2. Carry the whole procedure of Campus Recruitment forward; Organize, implement Campus Recruitment work to meet the business requirements;

3. Develop and implement the cooperation between university and enterprise, maintain the good relationship with university;

4. Responsible for the data collection, analysis after the campaigns and complete reports;

5. Conduct the effective joint interview with the hiring managers for the candidates' selection;

6. Responsible for tracking new employee probation, following up the probation evaluation procedure;

7. Other HR related work assigned by superior.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource, Psychology, or Business Administration, etc;

2. At least 3 years above working experience in HR related job, Campus Recruitment experience is preferred;

3. Fluent English Express is a must;

4. Familiar with HR related Laws and policies of PRC, well time management skills, good computer skills and industrial knowledge;

5. Good planning skill, presentation skill, and communication skill, strong problem solving skills and strong team-work spirit.
