Job Description:

1. Support Country Director’s daily calendar and all aspects of business travelling;

2. Stay in close contact with relevant colleagues to ensure all the activities are timely arranged and followed by company policy;

3. Proactively get the input from Country Director to arrange and coordinate regular and irregular business meeting, drafting meeting minutes if necessary;

4. Ensure living support and close collaboration with all support functions in all admin relevant matters such as admin purchasing, financial reimbursing, dealer meeting, sales &marketing meeting and etc. ;

5. Assist the sales team to complete the internal process of the sales contract and communicate and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure that the customer contract is approved and signed on time and smoothly;

6. Responsible for the production of sales reports and sales data analysis CRM customer resource management and timely updating and project tracking;

7. Assist the managing President in a lots of personal matters, including paying bills, making appointments, etc.

8. Complete the tasks which assigned by President.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+years sales support & personal assistant experiences in MNC;

2. Bachelor or above degree, fluent in English communication both oral and writing;

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

4. Hands on and willing to deal with details;

5. Be careful, patient, conscientious and strong execution;

6. Good ownership, positive attitude, focus on customer;

7. Good at computer skills on editing the word, PPT, share sites and social network skillfully.
