Job Responsibilities:

  

• Develop overall China marketing strategy to support China growth strategies in 2 markets: Residential E-lock and Project based business

• Focus on increasing marketing ROI using quantitative measures and tools

• Build branding strategies and execute with effective marketing activities internally and externally, to improve branding awareness, industrial influence and public relationship

• Branding tools development and management

• Leverage digital marketing to create demands from the customers; building a demand creation pipeline covering key stakeholders for both commercial and residential markets.

• Lead marketing promotion proposal and execution. Manage and optimize marketing promotion channel.

• Build connection and promotion through local association and media

• Online media management such as website, Weibo, Wechat etc.

• Enable sales team with effective marketing materials

• Trademark protection

• Working in a collaborative environment globally and across countries in APAC sharing tools, platforms and best practices. Participate Corp marketing projects once assigned

                      

  

Job Requirements:

  

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration related

• At least 5 years working experiences in marketing and branding management

• Demonstrated experience with digital marketing tools for consumer products

• Prefer mixed background of both industrial marketing and FMCG

• Marketing knowledge of electronic consuming goods is a plus

• Strong marketing sense and good analysis skill

• Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English

• Good team work, self-driven and hands-on
