职位描述 Job description：

• 根据公司要求制定ISO9000/ISO14000内审、产品、过程审核计划；协调各部门，为第二方及第三方认证稽核做准备;
• Establish ISO9000/ISO14000 internal audit, product audit, process audit plan according to the company's requirements; Coordinate the various departments to prepare for the 2nd party and the 3rd party audit:
• 负责质量及环境管理体系文件的制定与修改工作,优化内部流程;
• Responsible for the formulation and revision of the quality and environmental system management documents; Optimizing the internal process;
• 维护质量体系、环境安全体系，组织内部培训；组织执行ISO9000/ISO14001体系的审核，制定措施并追踪解决审核中发现的不符合；
• Maintaining the quality system and Environmental security system; Responsible for the internal training; organizing the audit of the ISO9000/ISO14001 system, making measures and tracking the problems found in the audit.
• 联络政府部门，沟通、收集、整理环境、安全政策及要求，结合公司现状做出对应措施；联系供应商及时处理危废。
• Liaise with the government, communicate/collate environment and security policies/requirements, and make corresponding measures according to the status of the company. Contact suppliers to deal with hazardous wastes
• 负责产品质量的认证工作，向客户提供相关质量文件；
• Responsible for the certification of product quality and providing relevant quality documents to customers
• 负责公司品质绩效分析，找出短板并推动改善；
• Responsible for the quality performance analysis, find out the short board and promote the improvement.
• 测量器具台账、校准的管理；
• Management of account and calibration for measuring instruments
• 负责国外供应商质量联络；
• Responsible for the quality communicate with foreign suppliers.
• 公司领导分配的其他任务。
• Finish other distributive tasks

  

  

任职资格：

• 理科、工科类专业，大专以上学历；
• Science and engineering major, college degree or above;
• 3年以上品质体系推行的相关工作经验；
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience in the quality system
• 熟悉ISO900/ISO14001质量管理体系；
• Familiarity with ISO9001/ISO14001
• 有较好的沟通能力；
• Have good communication skills
• 有一定的液压理论基础；
• Have a certain hydraulic theoretical basis
• 吃苦耐劳，有责任心，服从领导安排；
• Bear hardships and bear hardships, have a sense of responsibility and obey the leadership arrangement
• 熟练使用软件系统，英语读写能力优秀者优先。
• Proficient in using office software, Excellent English reading and writing skills are preferred.
