Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach and manage the on-site engineer team.

2. Handle and lead the important projects which need supervisor’s attention

3. Complete project’s continual improvement and avoid project risk

4. Resource management and control across projects and engineers

5. Proactive communication with customer engineer level staff and guarantee customer satisfaction

6. Monitor and evaluate engineer’s project performance

7. Lead root cause analysis and solutions for customer complaints, deal with 8D report.

8. Responsible for 5S, Standardization, process management and safety

9. Lead project’s summary by weekly, monthly and after conclude.

10. Assist finance dept to chase overdue payments

11. Make sure company policies and rules are well understood and followed within the team

12. Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Competencies

1. Bachelor Degree or above

2. Minimum 5 years working experience

3. 3 years of experience in automotive industry

4. Knowledge of automotive specifications and standards

5. Fluent in Chinese and English – speaking and writing.

6. Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills

7. Good computer skills – MS office, email....

8. 1-2 years working experience with the management skill is preferred.

9. High level of professionalism

10. Willing to travel
