Job Responsibilities:

1.Assume responsibility for all phases of the sales process and deliver a pre-set revenue target

2.Identify needs in the client organization leading to contract renewal and business growth

3.Build lasting, consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders and decision makers

4.Implement scalable solutions and annual project plan to ensure a long-term successful client partnership

5.Handle all account administration, answer questions and provide support and creative solutions to the client

6.Deliver accurate sales forecasts

Qualifications:?

1.Documented very strong track record of successful value based B2B/consultative selling targeting senior level executives (HR Manager, Purchasing Manager or similar in large corporations)

2.Genuine experience of how to conduct a needs analysis and creating a convincing value proposition that addresses critical business issues

3.Strong business sense

4.Personal network at Senior Management level within SOEs and Fortune 500 companies (network within the HR community a strong plus)
