Job Description:

1.Acquisition of new business / new accounts and develop and maintain newly obtained customers

2.Trade Lane Development (including but not limited to e.g. Mexico, Turkey, Germany, U.S.A.)

3.Visit/meet customers every week / keep very close relationship

4.Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients

5.Prepare sales forecast and develop sales pipeline

6.Prepare, issue and send quotations to customers and update quotations

7.Close coordination with sales colleagues within the network / coordination with operational teams to implement new business

8.Organize and maintain reporting

Job Requirement:

1.College or university education or above

2.Minimum 8 years sales or BD manager experience in forwarding industry

3.Good written & oral English skills.

4.Good interpersonal communication skills .

5.Knowledge of Export/Import/FCL/LCL.

6.Knowledge of chemical cargo and dangerous cargo preferred .

7. Self-motivated, well-organized and customer-oriented
