Job Description:

1. Represent in resolution in failure analysis from reliability failure parts

2. Support the disposition and analysis from customer returned products

3. Responsible for the structure analysis from new project etc.

4. Work with related department for problem solving of product quality issue.

5. Manage the lab like 5S, record, maintanence .

6. Other urgent case from department.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree above, majored in Electronics related .

2. Over 3 years working experiences in FA field

3. Familiar with failure analysis and knowledge of reliability test

4. Failure analysis methods and skills like X-Ray,Cross section, SEM,EDS,FEB,SAT etc are preference .

5. Good team work and communication skills ,good stress resistance

6. Familiar with MS office operation.
