Manage and lead Business Unit team to meet set targets including productivity and quality index.??

Dimension:

1. Meet strategic and profit plans regarding:

1) Production volume

2) Manufacturing profits

3) DOH (Inventory)

4) Cost Saving

5) On-time Products

2. Keep the quality and environment standards meet business needs

3. Directly supervised employee number: 8

4. Indirectly supervised employee number: about 200

Job duty:

1. Lead, coaches, facilitates a cross functional team within defined business unit to achieve set targets

2. Focus on customer satisfaction by managing quality delivery and quick response to customer need

3. Ensure that safety and quality are given first priority by motivating manufacturing personnel

4. Elimate waste and improve flow using lean principle wihin the VS

5. Execute operationel target by managing productivity, capacity and cost improvement.

6. Harmonize efforts with site functional leaders to ensure consistency

7. Develop employee excellence through continuous improvement culture and appropriate training. Ensure good communication within is group and in connection with fonctional departments.

8. Develop effective succession plan to developp long term perspectives within the VS.

9. Develop and communicate best place to work practices
