Duties & Responsibilities:
Determinate and communicate to Accounts Managers about the
feasibility of a service according to available resources.
- Estimate man-days to assign for service job. Provide this information to
project coordinator for quotation purposes.
- Verify factory measuring / testing capabilities to ensure that product
Inspection / test can be performed.
- Ensure that measuring equipment are under valid calibration at the
time of inspection.
- Develop report template for new model and submit to Head Technical
Supervisor for approval, and upload in the DB
- Prepare works for any Inspection jobs and make sure that the inspector
understands and has all technical documents needed to perform the
inspection.
- Keep frequency communication with quality engineer on side to make
sure of the implementation of inspection at factory side.
- Review pre-shipment assessment reports for accuracy and
completeness, assure that all input data to be viewed by the client is
complete, not ambiguous, and meets the client’s needs to make prompt
decisions.
- Monitor on site quality performance of quality engineer according to
defined schedule.
- Investigating Root cause of quality issue, and implement defined CAP.
- Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions concerning inspection
Personnel.
