职位描述：
Job description:
1. This is APAC regional role (including 12 legal entities – sales companies in all APAC countries) with location in shanghai;
2. Improve quality of reports from APAC entities (meet both deadline and accuracy of reports, and optimize reporting process);
3. Co-ordinate, tracking and monitor APAC legal entities’ reports/reporting process;
4. Assist in identifying risk and find opportunities by all kinds of analysis, including cross legal entities analysis, commercial analysis (sales and margin), AR aging analysis, inventory reduction and E&O analysis, expenses analysis, KPI, etc.;
5. Assist in the preparation of APAC management reports, including monthly business review, BBM, etc.;
6. Support APAC FD to complete the annual budget and quarterly forecast process. Assist country finance team to enhance the reporting quality for forecast and analysis;
7. Support legal entities in problems solving and best practices sharing;
8. Work with accounting team to improve accounting quality, e.g. improve rental booking quality based on findings by cross legal entities analysis
9. Align FP&A issues among legal entities, APAC region and Group;
10. Cooperate with ERP team for reports development and system optimization;
11. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses or projects as assigned.

Job requirements:
1. Fluent English;
2. Excellent sense of numbers;
3. 5+ years financial accounting experiences with 2+ years FP&A function;
4. Bachelor degree or above;
5. Good ERP and Hyperion knowledge;
6. Reports consolidation experiences of multi-companies;
7. Good/multi-countries communication skills;
