1. Process management and cross function coordination
? Plan and make with KA activity supervisor in KA strategy together about the internal process around activity.
? Communicate and coordinate with other functions as the contact of point, e.g. sourcing, sales, BPA and BPC etc. when preparing and implementing the activities.
2. Data analysis
? Collect related datas and provide the analysis report according to GCPO KA head and GCPO commercial head, e.g. account analysis, hospital analysis, listing analysis, field analysis and channel analysis etc.
3. Plan and Implement Key account and Commercial activities
1) Contribute to Key account and Commercial activities planning
2) Support the preparation and implementation of the Key account and Commercial activities and projects, communicate with KA strategy and Channel strategy to implement the activities that are for overall China: Apply the plan, logistics, collect accounts' information, evaluate after activity; build good relationship with key account via activities and understand the customer needs, for better design the following activities through providing feedback on mentioned needs understanding.
3) Control the budget of KA and Commercial activities
? Contribute to the budget planning of activities
? Work with BPA, provide regular report and monitor the budget
4. Account file management
? Coordinate and assist to collect and revise the accounts' file in the field based on the company's criteria
5. Other assignment from KA head and Commercial head
Education: Bachelor or other advanced University degree
Languages: Good Mandarin and English skills both in oral and written.
Experience:





Profile & Skills: Above 3 years working experience in FF in Pharmaceutical industry.


Ability to build non-hierarchical networks and drive cross-functional projects.
Results driven and customer oriented
Organized, structured.
Skilled in presentations and public communication.
Autonomy and initiative, self motivated.
