职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Meet revenue target set by the company.
2.Develop and growth existing and new BD customers.
3.Regularly review and coordinate of new service activities offering to targeted customers.
4.Update & follow up pm BD pipelines,activities and performance using CRM software.
5.Work closely with Regional BDS & China BDS Manager at the region to collaborate on BD opportunities and offerings.
6.Drive new business development throught innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans.
7.Maintain a thorought working knowledge of all services offered by company and awareness of competition,i.e.,market share,pricing,services offered,ect.

Requirements:
1.Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or Business.
2.At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a commercial environment
3.Experience in Freight Forwarding or 3PL in established MNC environment is highly appreciated
4.Good command of English & Mandarin language, Mandarin at least in speaking & English in both writing and speaking
5.Proven record in delivering above average target growth and possible revenue profile change
6.Excellent relationship building skills with customers and internally between sales and operations
7.Good presentation skills
8.Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and customer orientation
9.Excellent people skill and able to build rapport with people of all levels
10.Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
11.International experience / culturally sensitive
12.Strong individual that can work independently and within a team to deliver results
