职位描述：
4. Responsibilities
? Design and modify the Control arms, Stamping Links and Body Brackets
? Develop the DVP&R based on FCA standard.
? Develop the AQF based on FCA standard.
? Solve the related issue and trouble shooting of running project.
? Release the drawing of the co-design parts.
? Parts optimization and improvement.
? Benchmark/Lessons Learn similar parts to establish the knowledge library.
? Fully understand FCA standards and Training new colleague.

5. Deliverables
? 3D modal
? 2D drawing
? Sourcing package
? CAE analysis report
? TRE
? DVP&R
? AQF
? 8D reports
? Open issue list
? PPT file of every issue(One page)
? Training material and recorder

 
6. Engineer Qualification Requirements
? Bachelor degree or upper in mechanical engineering or related field, major in auto engineering preferred.
? 5~8 years working experience in stabilizer bar or fasteners preferably at OEM
? Rich working knowledge and experience of product development.
? Fully understand the basic process(Stamping, Welding, Painting, Assembly)
? Familiar with engineering process such as DFMEA, DVP/R, APQP, etc.
? Fluent English for both oral and written prefer.
? Familiar with UG, Office software like Power point, excel and project.
? Good interpersonal skills between different kinds of coordinate. Team work spirit.
? Self-motivated, work under pressure.
? Intensive domestic travels may be needed.
