职位描述：
1.工厂前期筹备
协助机械厂的筹建工作，制定设备维护部门相关文件，制定部门工作流程；
2.设备正常运行及维护保养
生产线设备日常维修、保养、点检，满足生产需要，确保生产各工序的顺利进行；
3.维修团队人力资源管理
通过高标准的选择，保证部门有可持续发展的，招聘有技能的人才；
4.培训
培训下属维修技能及生产线操作工相关维修知识，保证相关人才技能的最大提高和设备的最优化运行；
5.与其他人员合作及现场管理
与生产各工序保持良好的工作关系，最大程度的满足生产需求，确保生产的顺利进行；
6.其它
上级领导安排的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，机械/电气/机电一体化等相关专业毕业；
2.5年以上生产线设备维护及维修经验，3年以上维修团队领导管理经验，精通强电；
3.能独立带领团队进行设备维护及维修工作；
