职位描述：
1.协助机械厂的筹建工作，参与新工厂施工区域装修、设备的采购招标等事宜；
2.建立和制定注塑车间的生产作业流程，合理调配生产作业人员，按时完成各项生产制造任务，保证产品的及时交付；
3.制定和审核作业指导书，参加持续改进会议，协助过程改进计划的实施，合理安排工作和工序，提高工时利用率和生产效率，降低生产成本；
4.参与质量部门建立和制定质量管理规定，并协助推行实施质量管理程序；
5.负责领导贯彻生产现场管理，贯彻各项生产管理规章制度；
6.协助机械生产总监组织并参与生产会议，针对各类问题提出合理的改善建议和要求；
7.监督、落实5S管理标准；
生产劳动纪律管理，负责生产工作过程中的安全生产和安全防火工作；
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，5年以上注塑行业工作经验，3年以上注塑车间团队领导、管理经验；
2.懂注塑机操作及参数调整、模具安装，并对模具结构及原理有一定的认识；
3.有较强的注塑技术及团队管理能力；
4.熟悉工厂生产线管理，具备5S及安全生产管理知识；
5.LED灯或节能灯企业注塑车间管理经验者优先考虑；
