工作内容：
根据人事外包协议，提供外包服务：
- 负责派遣员工录用手续，合同签订，社会保险办理等人事外包客户服务
- 跟进客户需求，及时反馈并完成工作进程
- 解答客户人事外包方面操作问题，并协助主管为客户提供解决方案
- 跨团队/部门的业务协调
任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，一年HR相关工作经验
- 熟悉员工录用、社会保险的操作流程及相关劳动人事法规
- 工作细致主动，具备极强的服务意识及抗压能力
- 具备独立工作、沟通协调能力和亲和力
- 适应力强，善于思考/学习，具有团队合作意识
- 有良好的职业道德、能保守工作机密
