25-40岁之间,具有钳工、机修、电工等相关专业技能；了解气动元件及气动的工作原理,能够磨削锯片、麻花钻、车刀及1些不规则刀具；

了解PLC(ProgrammableLogicController)可编程控制；

掌握高周波热封机的工作原理；

负责机器、电器设备的日常维护、检修和保养。
3年以上机加工经验或维修经验,能熟练操作车床、铣床、锯床和钻床,熟悉机械原理,能独立修理和加工设备,能设计常规5金工装夹具。
