职位描述：
Job Duties:
- Assist Department head to manage, monitor and control sea export team in accordance with the strategy and general policy of the Dachser Group;
- Assist Department head to motivate and train the Shanghai sea export department staff and maintain a higher quality in service;
- Ensure on-time shipment & communication of delay or accident;
- Forecast carrier and secure space & equipment;
- Monitor documentation quality, including file closing, billing instruction, extra charges and billing revise validation;
- Help team member solve problem and shoot trouble;
- Ensure proper filing and clean & safe work space;
- Well organize and manage team, including motivation, team building, modelling the way, training & coaching, performance record/appraisal, proper allocation of workload, etc;
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the management of the company or other sources;
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the Dachser Group enthusiasm, professionalism, Straightforwardness.

Experience & Qualifications Requirement:
- Education: College graduate or above
- Experience: More than 5 year working experience in freight forward industry
- Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer skills: Good computer skills(MS office software)
- Core Competencies: Good communication and negotiation skills; Good facilitation and management skills; Creative problem solving ability, high integrity.
