JOB OBJECTIVES:

To provide overall & efficient HR supports to ACAI project; perform HR daily operation and ensure HR efficiency

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To act as the focal point for delegate receiving to BCHB, coordinate delegation cases with relevant internal and external parties (mainly Transfer Center, BASC, FA, IT, Admin and external agents);

2.To coordinate with home company for necessary policy or transfer procedures confirmation and interpretation;

3.To provide policy briefing, answer questions, coordinate with moving upon arrival or repatriation, arrange transportation and language study as necessary, assist schooling for accompanying kids as necessary;

4.To conduct on-board introduction and arrange on-boarding process with BASF Asia Service Center (BASC);

5.To manage p-file, leave record, database, coordinate IIT filing

6.To Liaise with government authorities and FESCO for consultancy & necessary communications;

7.To take other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.University degree in Human Resources or English language study.

2.Experience of working for a foreign team is a plus.

3.Good command of English (oral and writing); Good communication skills, Ability to work independently, take initiative, set and execute to work plans.
