Job Duties:
( ) Develop to the best of his ability, his own client portfolio and overall business activity, contract logistics warehouse and distribution in Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta;
( ) Handle in an accurate,professional and responsible manner in his daily tasks and duties,and provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports;
( ) Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates,and handle,monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates;
( ) Develop and optimise the profitability of Yangtze River Delta contract logistics sales overall activity and support the implementation of the Group strategy decision related to contract logistics sales activity of the Company in North China;
( ) Under any circumstances,to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the Dachser Group Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness;
( ) Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the Management of the company or other sources;
( ) Other additional tasks required by the Superior.
Experience & Qualifications Requirement:
- Education: College degree or/and above;
- Experience: 10 years working experience in Contract Logistics business development of internationall freight forwarding company;
- Language Skills: Fluent in English both in writing and speaking; Fluent in Mandarin both in writing and speaking
- Computer Skills: Good Microsoft office operation skill;
- Core Competencies:Business development spirit; Teamwork and co-operation skills; Communication and negotiation skills; Planning and organization skills; Creative problem solving ability; High integrity.
