Key Responsibilities:

? Administrates rewards tools and programmes
? Assists in the implementation of rewards tools, programmes and processes
? Participates in coordination of processes in China
? Supports analysis of market trends and developments in C&B-related areas
? Contributes to continuous improvement for all Rewards processes, tools and programmes
? Provides professional advice and communicates in the area of Rewards tools, programmes and processes to HR colleagues
? Administrates standards for rewards processes (e.g. salary round, annual bonus payment)
? Provides support to Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives
? Provides support in ad-hoc projects if necessary
? Assists in ensuring full compliance with legal, tax and social insurance requirements
? Designs and interprets Compensation & Benefits-related reports
? Cooperates closely and communicates with HR Services and Mobility colleagues in order to ensure that processes, tools and systems are applied in the best possible way within China

Key Relationships:

? HR Managers and colleagues in China
? Global/APAC CoE rewards parterner
? Other functions within China CoE Rewards (HR service and mobility)
? Internal contacts within Finance, Controlling, Performance Management, Legal, Taxes
? External consultants (e.g. market intelligence)
? External vendors (e.g. insurances)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Proficient in both written and spoken English
? High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP/HR
? International mindset
? Mature, well-organized and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills. Proactive, hardworking detail-oriented.
? Ability to work independently and can work under pressure.


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

? University degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related field
? At least 4 years of working experience in a Human Resources function in a multinational company, ideally in the Compensation & Benefits area.
? Proficient in MS Office applications.
