工作内容：
　　1、负责办公室的全面工作，带领全室人员履行公司办公室职责；
　　2、协助公司领导监督、检查各项管理制度及执行情况；
　　3、负责制定、执行和修正公司的各项管理制度。
　　4、协助总经理处理公司日常事务及配套服务和协调处理工作；
　　5、负责对外签订各类合同文稿的审核工作；
　　6、根据公司及各部室的用人计划组织招聘工作，
　　7、负责公司内外的接待、来访和协调工作；
　　8、负责综合性公文的传递、传达、催办与检查；
　　9、负责处理职工奖惩事宜；
　　10、负责组织全公司各类人员的考核、监察工作；
　　11、负责组织人事档案的定期审查和整理工作；
　　12、通过总经理上呈有关请示报告，下达上级指示、规定、通知等有关文件；
　　13、协助总经理处理公司的日常工作；
　　14、负责管理后勤工作及协助项目；
　　15、负责组织公司义务劳动和各项集体活动；
　　16、负责全公司防火防盗及厂内治安保卫综合治理工作；
　　17、负责处理公司对外的公关事务,负责公司对外的联谊联络工作,策划公司的对外宣传、广告
　　等大型活动；
　　18、负责公司外部形象的塑造，提升企业的知名度；
　　19、主动承担各部门之间的“空档”工作，完成总经理临时交办的其它工作；
