Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the coordination, control and completion, execution of projects consistently with company strategy, goals and commitments.
2. Managing project development and execution from kick-off to closure.
3. Preparing and providing a project schedule to all participants to identify the commencement of their tasks.
4. Communicating clearly the expectations to team members and related functional departments.
5. Resolving issues and solving problems throughout the project cycle.
6. Tracking and reporting project milestones and providing status reports.
7. Developing tools and applying best practices for the execution and project management.
8. Ensuring successful archive of project documents after the project completion.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years’ experiences in research and development Automation industry.
2. Knowledge of project management tools and software packages.
3. Must be a good communicator, experience working with external vendors and customer, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills.
4. Ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
5. Have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Photonics, Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering or related.
2. 3+ years hand-on experience in project management activities.
3.Automation experience and PMP certification background a plus
4.English writing, reading and speaking skills
