岗位描述 YOUR TASKS
Job Objective
1. Responsible for implementation and development of the current & new procurement and supplier Management process and CMS in purchasing China.
2. Adopting global processes, adapting to local needs where necessary including process design and validation
3. Support the PCC manager to manage the competence center and coach the team
4. Regular training of Purchasing processes for all purchasing staff in China5.
Tasks /Area of Responsibility
1. Fully understand the entire global purchasing process and CMS
2. Roll out and implement the global purchasing process and CMS to the regional purchasing team
3. Accompanying implementation of new or adjusted processes and systems.
4. Local purchasing process design, validation, implementation and roll out
5. Gathering of local specifics and arrangement of system/ process adjustments
6. Monitoring of processes and systems and support internal purchasing reports
7. Training and building of knowledge and expertise in processes and systems for local purchasing staff.
8. Tracking and monitoring of Purchasing Process/ Purchasing KPIs
9. Backup for the SAP specialist position as well as for the purchasing data analyst
任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Solid knowledge of business operations process design, more than 3-year experience with Purchasing Processes is a plus
3. Familiar with SAP MM module is a plus
4. Good English and communication skills
