职位描述：
Job Scope:
Quotation, Filing on SSE

Job Responsibility
1. Create new quotations according to guideline rate updated
2. Ensure all bookings with correct quotation before vessel sailing
3. Special cargo: DG & OOG should be applied one-off quotation for DG & OOG shipment within 2 days before vessel arriving
4. Check all vessel freight manifests after vessel departure, ensure all charges are correct
5. Filing outbound ocean freight to SSE within 24hours before vessel eta shanghai
6. Keep good communication with Liner, if the fix charge updated

Required Competency
College , transportation/shipping is preferable but not necessary
Bilingual in Chinese and English, oral and written.
Computer literate (MS Office, e-mail and DCS).
Over 1 year relevant experience in shipping/freight forwarding.
