岗位职责Job Description:
1. 负责将公司货物及时发往客户所在地,做好货物包装,发货的现场管理、在途监控的过程管理和到货签收确认的结果管理。
Responsible for delivering products to customer logistics of all regions, field management of packing goods, process management of goods in transmit and results management of goods receipt after arrival.
2. 控制仓库及物流各环节的预算及成本,减少非正常损耗和浪费,做好物流台账,负责与物流公司和财务的对账工作。
Control the budget and cost of warehouse and other logistics links to reduce abnormal loss and waste, make logistics account and check accounts with logistic company and finance department.
3. 依据公司规定定期完成日、周、月报表,整理汇总每票业务相关文件资料,审核后归档备案。
According to company’s rule, make daily, weekly, monthly report forms, archive files of every business after tidying and auditing.
4. 掌控工厂发货、到货时间,及时安排入库,并随时掌握仓库库存量,定期盘查库存。
Familiar with goods dispatch and arrival time, inbound parts in time, know well of inventory and take regular stock.
5. 协同相关部门完成商品入库验收、质量检查以及物流备货发货的准备工作;针对入库验收不合格的产品信息,及时通知采购部门,并积极配合处理换调事项。
Help checking and accepting goods, quality inspection and preparation of goods’ dispatch, inform purchaser in timely in case of unqualified goods and assist to deal with exchanging issues actively.
6. 按照公司相关服务标准对客户涉及仓储物流部门的投诉、建议进行处理与跟踪,并与财务部、销售部进行相关工作的协调沟通。
According to service standard of company, deal with and follow up customers’ complaint and suggestion about warehouse, communicate with finance and sales department when needed.
岗位要求Job Requirements:
1. 25-35岁,物流管理或其相关的供应链管理等专业专科以上学历。
25-35 years old, college degree of logistic management or other supplier chain management relevant major.
2. 具备物流管理、仓储管理等相关知识,三年以上工作经验。
Knowledge of logistic and warehouse management, more than three years of experience.
3. 熟悉货物包装、运输、库存等物流信息管理及物流环节的具体流程和方法。
Familiar with detailed process and method about packing, transportation, stock, logistic information management and so on.
4. 较强的分析思考能力,解决问题的技能,沟通协调能力强,对数字有一定敏感度。
Better analysis and problem solving ability, good communicating ability and be sensitive of numbers.
5. 熟练操作Office软件,懂ERP和英文***。
Be good at office, knowledge of ERP and English is preferred.
