Product Manager(Cooling)– as the overall cooling product ownership, will focus on the performance & quality and cost of the product, be the project manager for R&D product, evaluate request for ETO and give technical support to other relative departments.

1. Implementation of ECO for cooling systems design and standards, including technical calculations, specifications, configurator optimizing, documentation and manuals.
制冷系统的设计和标准化，包括设计计算、技术规格书、标准产品配置的优化、技术文件和手册的维护。
2. Standard product development and maintenance. Focus for product improvement and development is quality optimizing, performance optimizing (COP), price optimizing. Preparation of optimal technical and economic solutions
标准产品的开发和维护。关注产品的发展和优化，主要体现在质量改善、性能优化、成本优化；提供***的技术和最经济的解决方案。
3. Cooling team management and improvement. Including KPI improvement; guide cooling engineer in project design; provide technical knowledge training to engineers.

4. Close work with Cooling GPM (Global Product Manager) on product development plan, important project implementation, standard product configurator maintenance, and other technical issue.

5. Study and analysis marine and offshore related standard, find out the deviations of our products and share with relevant engineers.

6. Support Wuxi production and sourcing with technical guidance and advice.

7. Participate in evaluation of unit production standards and procedures to improve production time, quality and material costs.

8. Creations and evaluation of 3D and 2D drawings for cooling units and related parts. Cad systems: AutoCAD, Inventor.

9. Support global sales team （SH, SG, NW, DK, ITA, etc.） with cooling knowledge and technical advice within the standard range of Novenco marine cooling units.

10. Preparation of quotation for non standard unit production. Finalize design and part selection for non standard units, based on Design parameters.

11. Support commissioning team with technical advice and participate in evaluation of commissioning reports.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS / 岗 位 资 格
1. Bachelor or above in refrigeration/HVAC or relevant engineering.
