职位描述：
Manage the entire recruitment process for China;
Consult and advice stakeholders on recruitment strategies, select suitable job markets and social media channels
Identify and approach potential candidates by using all available candidates sources
Pre-screen and interview candidates, present them to the business as well as manage agencies.

Requirements:
At least 3 years talent acquisition/recruitment experience of pharmacuetical / CRO companies.
Agency experience preferred
Fluent English speaking
Can work under pressure, with great sense of responsilibities
