职位描述：
Makes decisions on the best approach to complex assignments based on own knowledge and experience.
Works under limited supervision of the Business Director and within general guidelines.
Coaches colleagues and team members and may contribute to business development efforts.
Is responsible for team targets.
May act as lead contact person for a location or country under the supervision of the Business Director.

Requirement:
? At least 3+ years managing a team of recruiters no less than 3.
? From the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, can be either from CRO or competitor
? Ability to manage remote team
? Location can be Shanghai or Beijing, wherever we can find suitable talent
? Competencies fits ICON Leadership Competencies
? Fluent in English
? Previous experience working across the region is a plus.
