The Earthmoving division develops and manufactures an extremely wide range of products at eight sites in Europe, Asia and South America. These products include wheeled excavators, crawler excavators, duty-cycle crawler cranes, special deep-foundation machines, crawler tractors, crawler loaders, pipe layers, telescopic handlers, wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks as well as material handling machines. These machines cover the entire spectrum of traditional earthmoving work. Other application areas include horticulture, landscape gardening, agriculture, forestry and special deep foundations. The application areas of material handling machines extend from use in the raw material and recycling industries and timber handling through to goods handling at inland and deep-water ports.

  

Key Accountabilities主要职责:

  1. Provide support and guidance to dealers regarding all service and customer related issues;

    支持和指导经销商的一切服务和与客户有关的行动;

  2. Offer training to service personnel of the dealers in order to transfer LIEBHERR concept, advantages and corporate culture;

    培训经销商服务人员,传输LIEBHERR的技术理念,优势和企业文化;

  3. Assist dealers in establishing service network/team, warranty claim and after-sales service process, spare parts sales workforce and sales process etc.;

    协助经销商建立服务网络与团队、制定保修索赔与售后服务流程、建设配件销售队伍与销售流程等;

  4. Make every possible effort to standardize the regional LIEBHERR service image, such as: deployment of service vehicles and standard tools, classification of technical documentation, standard work uniforms, reminder of safety and cautions for operators and related services personnel;

    尽一切可能和努力,规范该区域LIEBHERR的服务形象,譬如:服务车的配置,标准工具的配置,技术文档的归类,工作服装的标准化,以及对操作手以及相关服务人员安全意识以及注意事项的提醒等等;

    尽一切可能和努力,规范该区域LIEBHERR的服务形象,譬如:服务车的配置,标准工具的配置,技术文档的归类,工作服装的标准化,以及对操作手以及相关服务人员安全意识以及注意事项的提醒等等;

  9. Summarize and analyze frequently occurred or major malfunctions to provide professional technical analysis reports and recommendations for the factory to make improvement. Report major malfunctions and batch malfunctions of competitors;

    汇总分析频繁或重大故障,形成专业的技术分析报告和建议,以便工厂改进。同时报告竞争对手的重大故障,批量故障等;

  10. Segment machine malfunction features, such as the frequency and location of malfunctions within 100/1000/4000 hours, classification and analysis of installation / design / quality / operation problems;

    细化LIEBHERR   机器故障的特点,譬如100/1000/4000小时内发生故障的次数,部位,安装问题/设计问题/质量问题/操作问题的归类分析;

  11. Timely verify if the malfunctions within or after warranty belong to quality problems and provide related report;

    质保期内、外的故障,及时核准是否是质量问题,形成报告;

  12. Act as a bridge between LIEBHERR, dealer and customers to provide timely and effective communication, to handle customer needs / demands on service and parts (price, delivery), etc.;

    充当LIEBHERR,经销商,客户之间的桥梁,及时有效地沟通,处理客户的需求/诉求,如:服务,备件(价格,交货期);

  13. Collect and report similar parts price of competitors in the region as well as strengths and weaknesses of LIEBHERR parts;

    收集并报告该区域其他竞争对手同类备件的价格定位,LIEBHERR的优势,劣势等等;

  14. Support the regional sales, marketing and credit control;

    本区域的销售、市场、风险控制支持性工作;

  15. Work in other service regions temporarily according to the service demand and company assignment;

    应工作需要,根据公司安排,临时性外派去邻近区域的其他服务工作;

    Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求

  1. 机械工程或其他相关专业;Machinery engineering, or other related major background;

  2. Proficient knowledge about hydraulic system, machinery engineering, electric system, etc.;

    熟悉液压系统、机械工程、电器系统等知识;

  3. Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing;

    中文流利,良好的书面和英语口语;

  4. Reading of basic technical drawings;

    读懂基本的技术图纸;

  5. Proficient computer skills;

    熟练的计算机技能;
