职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities / 岗位职责:
1. Assist engineer to plan failure remedy of equipment and facilities.
协助工程师制定设备、设施故障修理计划。
2. Perform repairing actions with engineers or suppliers’ supports.
在工程师或供方支持下完成修理任务。
3. Draft repairing SOP in accordance with actual procedures.
根据维修过程，起草故障处理规程。
4. Root cause analysis of the equipment failure.
故障原因分析。
5. Suggest maintenance and modifications of equipment and facilities.
建议设备、设施维护及改进方案。
6. Record spare parts consumption of each repairing or maintenance action.
记录修理及维护过程中的材料消耗。
7. Assist engineer to clarify main performance data of the spare parts (including type, serial, material etc.), which would be used during repairing and maintenance actions.
协助工程师明确修理、维护过程中涉及零部件的主要性能参数（包括型号、系列、材质等）。
8. Assist engineer to suggest reasonable spare parts inventory.
协助工程师建议合理的零部件库存。
9. Daily onsite routing inspections and record operating data of main equipment and facilities.
每日现场巡查，记录主要设备设施运行参数。
10. Update related information in equipment/facility archives.
更新设备（设施）病历卡内相关内容。
11. Perform other job-related assignments as required.
执行领导交予的其他相关任务。
Minimum requirements / 要求:
- less than 40 years old.
40岁以下。
- College degree or above, major in mechanical and automation or relative subject.
大专及以上学历，机电一体或相关专业。
- Self-motived, team player and target oriented.
自我激励，团队意识，结果导向。
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of electromechanical equipment repairing and maintenance, related experience of onsite equipment installation would be preferred.
至少5年机电设备维修、维护经验，有大型设备现场安装经验者优先。
- Certificate of locksmith or electrician.
钳工证或电工证（弱电）。
- Certificate of welding would be preferred.
有焊工证者优先
- Forklift license would be preferred.
有叉车驾驶证者优先。
- Able to accept overtime work as required.
愿意在公司需要的情况下加班。
