Recruitment 招聘
- Working with HR Manager to develop recruitment plan as well as managing the headcount budget;
- Working with HR Manager to develop recruitment process and carrying out recruitment activities accordingly;
- Deeply understanding our business, the major responsibilities of opening position and requirement. Initiating qualification process with hiring managers;
- Posting and updating job information with proper recruitment channels and getting talents through networking, searching, and social media.
- Organizing CV screen and selection process with hiring managers;
- Arranging and participating in interviews, and making evaluation;
- Working with hiring managers on decision making after interview and leading the offer negotiation with candidates;
- Administrative work for new staff’s onboarding;
- Working with HR Manager to develop effective recruitment channels as well as maintain relationship with each channel or supplier;
- Prepare and update assigned recruitment status reports and record hiring status in database; Perform analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness;
- 和人力资源经理一起制定招聘计划并管理人员预算；
- 和人力资源经理一起完善招聘流程，并按照招聘流程开展招聘工作；
- 深入了解业务、空缺职位的工作职责以及职位需求，与用人部门经理就此进行讨论；
- 制定招聘计划，选择合适的内部及外部招聘渠道，发布和更新招聘信息，并通过网站、主动搜索、社交等渠道获取候选人；
- 按照招聘流程筛选简历，与用人部门一起进行面试筛选；
- 安排并参与面试筛选，对于筛选结果做出评估；
- 筛选过程结束后，和用人部门确定最终人选，确定薪资待遇并与候选人进行沟通；
- 新员工入职流程的相关支持工作；
- 和人力资源经理一起开发招聘渠道，并协助维护与各渠道/供应商的合作关系；
- 根据要求准备相关的招聘类报告，维护和更新相关数据，通过对于数据的分析，改进行动以提高招聘效率。

- Handling new employee onboarding process;
- Tracking new employee’s performance during probation as well as collecting feedback from new employee and his/her supervisors/managers;
- Support other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor.
- 安排新员工入职，并协助新员工完成入职流程；
- 关注新员工在试用期内所获得的培训和支持，以及新员工的工作表现，收集相关信息并完成汇报；
- 完成经理交付的其他工作。
