Position: AcademicRecruiter - EF Kids & Teens China Franchise Support Team
Who we are: Academic recruitment & certification (ARC) - EF Kids & Teens China Franchise Support Team
ARC provides recruitment support and training to all EF Kids & Teens China Franchise schools
ARC is responsible for Blue card applications (staff background checks) and training certifications
ARC is responsible for teacher care such as Aetna insurance for all foreign teachers
The opportunity: ARC is currently looking for 1 academic recruiter to join our very dynamic team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for interviewing new international teachers, directly working with our Franchise schools and transferring leads as well as providing regular support to both the schools and the candidates. In your role as a recruiter you will be responsible for independently analyzing, inputting and managing leads data into our database.
Your role also requires you to negotiate, sign and manage contracts with outside recruitment vendor as well as assisting with employer branding and various staff trainings. You will also assist with recruitment and teacher care related projects.
Who you are:
-Fluent in English – Native/Native like speaker (C2)
-Proficient Chinese speaker preferred – (B1+)
-Recruitment/HR experience
-Experience working in an academic setting and/or a service position (within an EF school is preferred)
-Meticulous and good at managing & analyzing data
-Target oriented
-Very proficient in Excel and Outlook
-Service minded
-Can work under stressful conditions
-Good at multitasking and has experience with project management
-Experience conducting staff training
-Marketing and design experience preferred
