职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for business data collection and analysis.
- Responsible for submitting requested reports to company management and/or other related department.
- Responsible for collection business monitoring and forecasting, operation summary, requested translation work, etc.
- Responsible for data integration and analysis, supporting management team to improve collection process, making analysis reports, etc.
- Making reasonable suggestions to improve collection system, core system, risk strategy system, anti-fraud system, etc.
- Participating the core system project.
- Responsible for coordinating with other departments, participating and exploring new business.
- Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related
- Over 2 years of experience in data analysis or related
- Good analytical skill / logic thinking
- Can bear the pressure of the high-efficiency work, Multi task handling with good priority
- Strongly willing to learn
- Proficient in MS office, especially Excel. SQL preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken).

岗位职责：
- 负责零售业务各类数据的整理、汇总和分析处理工作
- 负责及时向公司管理层或其它相关部门提供需要的信息数据，做好相关纪录
- 负责对团队业务进行预测及监测，团队绩效汇总统计，团队业务运营情况统计，要求的翻译工作；
- 负责资产保全团队业务数据的整合与分析工作，为组内规划和流程改善提供数据支持，并形成分析报告，基于数据分析为组内业务板块提供合理化建议；
- 负责作为与公司其他部门及组别进行日常业务对应与协调，参与公司业务的拓展;
- 对业务系统，风险系统、反欺诈系统的改善进行合理化建议；
- 作为关键用户参于公司核心系统项目；
- 上级要求的其他工作内容

岗位要求：
- 本科或本科以上金融、数学、统计或其他相关专业
- 在数据分析方面具有2年以上经验
- 良好的数据分析能力及逻辑思维
- 能够在压力下保持高效的工作；能够合理安排工作优先级
- 强烈的学习意愿
- 精通Office办公软件，尤其是Excel。会SQL优先。
- 熟练掌握英语及普通话(书面及口语)
