Main Responsibilities:
1) Support APAC Sales Operations Leader driving change management with execution of communication strategy by localizing communication.
2) Assist in implementing SFDC with training, develop/update training guides, dashboard development, data mapping and collaborate with internal SFDC Architect to evaluate SFDC results with users.
3) Assist to drive Sales forecasting planning and pipeline management via SFDC.
4) Target 100% participations of SFDC usage and develop metrics for performance measurement and improving internal stakeholder satisfaction.
5) Interpreting data models and undertaking detailed analysis of data held in a variety of formats.
6) Assist in developing audits and controls to ensure integrity of business process and data quality in CRM tools.
7) Establish and streamline relevant sales processes, perform functional gap analysis and document it along with the standard procedures for the process migration.
8) Bridge data from various sources and CRM tools to provide key business insights.
9) Develop accurate management reports with analysis and intelligence essential for the efficient operations of the Sales Organization.
10) Partner with Senior Business Operations Analyst to drive sales excellences through evaluation and robust analysis
11) Undertake new or ad-hoc assignments from time to time from Sales Operations Leaders.
12) Timely delivery of projects and initiatives assigned.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Computing / Computer Science / Statistics and Business as secondary education.

Required work experience related to position:
1) An experience SFDC administrator, major in CRM solutions implementation and an established project manager
2) Experience in Channel/Distribution industry and know-how in channel metrics

Special Requirements:
1) > 5 years of CRM experience and direct SFDC experience with implementation lifecycle completed in a lead role for business.
2) Able to conduct CRM training to a large group of specialists and Senior Management team
3) Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Excel VBA and Business Object
4) Strong Management Report developer and flow chart creator
5) Detail oriented, strong documentation, excellent analytical and numerical skills
6) Ability to perform on multi projects simultaneously
7) Ability to communicate effectively and share knowledge /cross training with internal contacts.
8) High energy, resourceful, independent, creative, proactive and able to handle pressure in a dynamic and demanding department and complex business structure (and environment).
9) Fluent in English (both written and oral communication), to be liaise with Senior Management and others functional teams that recite regionally
10) Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
