职位描述：
1. 参与项目产品定义评估，导入新物料，导入新供应商；
2. 参与新供应商开发的一系列工作，现场供应商审核，合同和交易条款谈判，核价和议价，建立供应商档案管理制度，对不合格供应商进行处理；量产后供应商的供货能力，质量和服务等配合问题的监督与追踪；
3. 负责新物料的认证，样品承认工作，与研发及采购部门配合；
4. 负责所有产品物料成本降低策略的拟定、执行和跟进；
5. 《合格供应商名录》的审核与管理；
6. 参与供应商信息的分析，参与供应商的选择、谈判与考核；组织对采购物资的国内外市场行情进行跟踪，负责采购价格的控制工作，并预测价格变化趋势。
任职要求：
1. 专科以上（英语口语良好者优先）
2. 手机行业 资源开发相关岗位工作2年以上
