Key Responsibilities
? Manage the full cycle of Employees Relation for Beijing
? Promote a dynamic and collaborative working environment in the office
? Provide powerful strong support to our Engineering Consultants, some of which work off-site at our Clients premises
? Support the on-boarding process, employee benefits, health insurance and visa applications (for foreign and local Associates)
Manage the appraisal and time sheet
? Assist HR Director in various HR related matters. Help manage and continuously improve internal HR processes and reporting
? Organize company team building activities and learning events
Key qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Management or related
? More than 2 years working experience in employee relations or HR generalist function
? Overseas study/work experience, particularly in the consulting/engineering outsourcing industry is a major plus
? Detail oriented, highly attentive, strong communication and collaboration skills
? Fluency in both English and Chinese
