职位描述：
Member on the IT infrastructure services program office team for project, acquisition and program management. This individual will be assigned multiple projects and acquisitions to manage. Typical projects and acquisitions include those with multiple sites, span one or two geographic regions, are up to $100K in expense labor, less than $1 million dollars in total capital, and less than 12 months.

Supports the development and implementation of project management methods, tools and processes. Drives continuous process improvements related to the application of the Eaton Business System. Works directly with the IT IS leadership team through liaison relationships to ensure all team members have an understanding of the Prolaunch methodologies & processes.
1. Plan, control and execute project requirements following Eaton-prescribed process (ProLaunch for IT, ProLaunch for AIF and PMBOK) to ensure business objectives are met.
2. Work with Resource Managers to staff projects.
3. Define and communicate roles for project team members (functional-technical).
4. Establish project budget, track spend and communicate current and project burn rates.
5. Work with customers and technical resources to develop project plans, detailing work break down structures and critical path.
6. Ensure that requirements are contained within defined scope.
7. Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation.
8. Manage customer and external supplier deliverables.
9. Develop communication strategies and lead communications with key stakeholders.
10. Document and drive issues through resolution, escalating to customer, supplier and IT management as necessary.
11. Projects typically local to a country or regions.
12. Involves working in a highly matrix organization spanning domestic and international locations.
13. Perform vendor management and contract, negotiations and reviews.
14. Involves moderate complex process and organizational change management.

Supports the development and implementation of program management methods, tools and processes; specifically related to the infrastructure components of an acquisition or program. Drives continuous process improvements related to the application of the Eaton Business System. Works directly with the sector leadership teams and site infrastructure support to ensure an orderly integration of newly acquired companies into Eaton and for system implementation. Also manages divestitures or joint ventures when required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Providing project leadership by adhering to standard departmental policies, processes and documentation guidelines for project delivery
2. Defining and communicating roles and responsibilities for project team members – functional and technical
3. Developing project plans including detailing work breakdown structures and critical path
4. Working with customers and technical resources to develop project schedule and detailed cost breakdowns
5. Performing risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation planning
6. Ensuring sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholders
7. Developing communication strategies and leading communications with mid-level or first line leaders and key stakeholders
8. Monitoring and reporting on schedule and budget variances
9. Ensuring quality delivery of team member tasks in accordance to the plan
10. Developing communication strategies and leading communications with mid-level leaders and key stakeholders globally.

任职要求：

· 3-7 years Project Management experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Skilled at delegating tasks as needed to manage multiple projects.
· Moderate technical knowledge in infrastructure services, including fundamental IT infrastructure components and relationships between disciplines.
· Understanding of how to acquire and assimilate industry software practices and standards
· Basic technical knowledge and solid understanding of computer hardware and software, data management, application programming, data communications, operating systems, utilities and data security
· Good organizational capability to quickly understand the organizational structure (business and IT), business Strategic Plan, the business processes etc.
· Ability to build teams to support complex projects.
· Can interact with all levels of the organization inside and outside of Corporate IT.
· Ability to influence parts of the organization without a direct reporting relationship.
· Understanding of how the Strat Plan pertains to their role and project(s) in the organization.
· Intermediate understanding of integration and impact points of involved systems globally for a division or function.
